The following Terms and Conditions
apply to all transactions on the Zebedee Shoes web site, please scroll through
this screen, read them carefully and print a copy for future
reference.
Purchasing
Making
A Purchase Zebedee Shoes makes it
easy for you to buy your favourite childrens footwear products online. Just
browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into your shopping
cart. After finishing your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked
for a few details that Zebedee Shoes needs to be able to complete the
order.
We
accept payment by major credit cards, cheque and postal orders. PLEASE NOTE
cheques and postal orders will only be accepted from customers within the
United
Kingdom. Overseas customers wishing to pay via
HSBC, through prior arrangement. Please email for us for details of how to pay
via this method.
Credit cards are processed
online securely via HSBC. You can also send your credit card details via letter
post. If you choose to pay via Cheque/Postal order then complete the checkout
procedure and then send your cheque/postal order made payable to Zebedee Shoes,
quoting your order number and delivery address. Orders will be dispatched upon
cheque clearance.
We do not charge for any
item until it is ready to ship, and backordered items are not charged until they
are dispatched.
All orders are subject to
formal acceptance. When you receive an order confirmation from Zebedee Shoes,
this only indicates that we have received details of your order. Formal
acceptance of your order, and the existence of a contract between us, is
signified only when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to
protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, or we are no
longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a
change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is
acceptable to you.
Pricing &
Availability
All product prices are in Pounds
Sterling including VAT at the current UK rate and exclusive of delivery. We
reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order.
Prices with a marked United
Kingdom recommended retail price (UK RRP) refer to prices
the manufacturer recommends goods are sold at in the UK market, or prices that retailers within the
UK market are currently offering the
same product. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at
any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative
or given a refund for the unavailable product(s).
Delivery
Orders require a signature on
receipt and are sent by Royal Mail, Parcelforce or courier - delivery
times cannot be specified. Please ensure that your order is
being sent to a secure place. On delivery, responsibility passes to the
customer.
